AS ASSOCIATE MEMBERS, WE WANT YOU TO JOIN US IN OUR EFFORTS.
Your Associate Membership will provide you with the following benefits:

  • Our members will recognize you as a preferred vendor.

  • You will be listed in our monthly Newsletters in the Associate Member box with a link to your website.

  • You can provide ideas for stories for the Newsletter.

  • You will be invited to events to connect you with our members.

ANNUAL DUES: $500

WE ADVOCATE FOR OUR MEMBERS IN REGIONAL, NATIONAL, AND INTERNATIONAL POLICY VENUES, INCLUDING WORKING WITH:
  • North Pacific Fishery Management Council
  • NOAA/NMFS 
  • United States Coast Guard
  • Environmental Protection Agency
  • United States Congress
  • State of Alaska
    • Office of the Governor
    • Legislature
    • Board of Fish
    • Alaska Department of Fish & Game as well as the States of Washington and Oregon.
WE ALSO ENGAGE WITH OTHER SEAFOOD INDUSTRY ORGANIZATIONS ON BEHALF OF OUR MEMBERS.
  • We actively support scientific research related to the crab resource.
  • We are involved in marketing efforts to increase the value of our products.
  • We interact with the environmental community, the general public, and related industries in an effort to represent the crab harvesting sector in a positive manner.
ALL OF OUR ACTIONS ARE GUIDED BY FOUR PRIMARY PRINCIPALS:

To be vigilant stewards of our crab resources and the environment.

 

To provide economic stability to our industry and Alaska’s coastal

communities.

 

To promote safety at sea.

 

To produce premier products for our American and global customers.
